we are seeking seasoned experienced self motivated,committed , customer focused first class Field Service Engineers to join our growing team of professionals.

Our engineers are experienced fault finders who constantly strive to achieve 'exceptional first time fixed rates. The role will involve all aspects of repair work in our customers homes including sealed system work so previous experience is a must as is a strong customer focus. C.O.R.G.I registration would be an advantage.

This is a permanent role working from 8.30am - 5.30pm, monday to friday, although flexibility will be needed to meet customer and business needs.

Candidate must possess the following skills and qualities:-

• Previous experience in an administration role which included customer contact.
• Literate in Microsoft applications
• Excellent  telephone manner
• Accurate 65 words per minute typing speeds
